As we all deal with the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 crisis, Northern Feather continues to deliver on its standard of manufacturing bedding products that are designed with the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and employees in mind.

Our facility remains operational at normal capacity with no disruptions, as we practice social distancing procedures, per government guidelines. We will continue to ensure that our customers’ orders are processed on time, and to date we have not experienced any disruptions in receiving raw materials from our suppliers. We are also following government guidelines to ensure that orders arriving at your locations are safe for handling and use.

Our business continuity plan ensures we are able to provide you with the products and service that you have come to expect on an uninterrupted basis, and that our employees are working in a safe environment.

Following the International Down and Feather Laboratory guidelines, our down and feather products are processed such that they cannot be a source of transmission of the coronavirus or other viruses, including the avian flu.

We also appreciate that in the current context of travel restrictions, closures, major layoffs, self-isolation, etc. that our customers may have inadvertently overlooked their needs, or they may not have any needs at this challenging time. Regardless, Northern Feather’s customer service protocol ensures we will touch base with you just to see how you are doing and whether we can help you in any way, now or down the road a bit.

It is our wish that everyone and their family members remain safe, healthy, and unaffected and that life soon returns to normal for all of us.
